Communication Associates was founded in 1980 on the realization that corporations were changing and growing. We also knew that if “communication didn’t work then nothing else would.”

Based on that philosophy, Communication Associates, then led by Founder Dr. Eric Brown, approached Memphis’ newest growing company, Federal Express, about the communication risks of a rapidly-growing company. The meeting was a success, and CA has continued to work with FedEx and its family of businesses ever since.

Today, nearly thirty years later, Communication Associates continues to provide expert training and consultation to some of the world’s most successful organizations including International Paper, ServiceMaster, Smith&Nephew, and Hilton Hotels Corp.
